We charge actual shipping cost based on weight and destination zip code. We have accounts with UPS and USPS,
who provide us real-time shipping quotes based on your selection of products. We do not charge any handling fee. Our website let you select the method of shipping.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt, or if a custom product, as soon as available. You may select a priority service such as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the extra shipping charges.
**Please note that additional shipping charges may apply when ordering heavy or oversized items. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping.
All orders will be shipped using standard UPS ground service, USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post. Our standard method of shipping is USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground Delivery (within the continental US).
PO Box or APO/FPO
Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii, or International Shipping
We ship to most international locations. Additional charges may apply if you're having your order sent outside the Continental United States. We ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail. Estimated transit
time is 3 to 5 business days. Air shipping is also available for additional charge.
Return Policy
Our products are guaranteed 100% forever. Period. Returns are usually unnecessary.
If there is ever a problem simply call or email to let us know how you’d like us to handle it
(immediately credit your charge card, replace the item on a future order, or store credit).
Or you can wait and let us know about it on any future order and we’ll gladly replace any item
or issue a refund at that time.
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case, return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Any non-perishable item may be returned unused for any reason within 30 days as long as it’s in its original packaging; simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you’d like your credit to be issued (immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange).
If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.
